"Vampire Hunters are mortals set out to slay vampires. The most widely known example of a vampire hunter is Abraham Van Helsing of the novel Dracula and in other works of fiction adapting or modifying that work. Other more recent figures include Buffy "the Vampire Slayer" Summers from the television show and film of the same name.
When slaying vampires, Hunters take advantage of the monster's traditional weaknesses. These have included firearms with silver ammunition, appropriate religious symbols, crossbows that fire all wood bolts and even waterguns filled with blessed holy water."

The world of LAmush does include various types of Hunters, but they are nothing like 'Van Helsing' or 'Buffy' and they are no player class. They are NPCs used for Staff-driven plot.
The Inquisition
One of the most feared and well-known Hunter-groups is 'The Inquisition'; a secrative organization connected to the Church, that is focused on finding, rooting out, and destroying vampires.
However, unless you have requisite inquisition lore, you do not know whether the Inquisition actually exist.
