Outside Domains

The Encirclement is an initiative of the global Camarilla organization aiming to constrain the Independent Domain of Los Angeles. It includes all Los Angeles districts outside the heart of Los Angeles; Long Beach, Torrance, The Valley, North Orange County and South Orange County. All of them used to be autonomous vampire domains, until they were consolidated by representatives of the Justicars.
