Willpower

The Willpower-stat reflects your character's mental strength, self-control, and determination. It ranges from 1 to 10, where human average is 1.

For Mortal CharGen Willpower starts at 1.
For Neonate vampire CharGen Willpower starts at 3.

You may buy up Willpower with Freebie Points. In this the maximum for mortals is 3, the maximum for CharGen Neonates is 4, and it's not much higher for Features. This maximum excludes the extra Willpower that Brujah get as a Clan Advantage. It is added upon approval (taking the maximum Willpower that Neonate Brujah begin with to 5).
