Freebies
Freebie points are extra points you can use to invest in areas that you missed. Each character starts with 15 freebie points. In CharGen, abilities higher than 3, additional Willpower and Sanguinis can only be bought via Freebie Points.
EXTRA Freebie points may be earned by taking additional Disadvantages:
3 extra Freebie Points are earned for choosing an additional Beast Trait.
3 extra Freebie Points are earned for choosing an additional Inhumanity Trait.
Ergo, the maximum number of Freebie Points you can have is 21.
