THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN that by majority decision of the Los Angeles Council of Princes, Emerson is denied continued influence in this city and banished from its lands.
THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN that by majority decision of the Los Angeles Council of Princes, all territories, holdings, lands, and properties contained within the Domain of Los Angeles heretofore belonging to Emerson are henceforth removed from his control.
THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN that by majority decision of the Los Angeles Council of Princes, all powers, priviliges, and rights of control heretofore belonging to Emerson are now bestowed upon Ventrue Elder Acton Chardess in accordance with Section IV of the Treaty of La Cienega.
THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN that the Domain of Los Angeles shall henceforth be expanded to include the Domain of Santa Monica as described in Section III of the Treaty of La Cienega. Ventrue Elder and Prince of Los Angeles Acton Chardess shall assume Praxis over this Domain immediately upon its formation.
THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN that in matters concerning the protection and security of the several Domains of Los Angeles, Ventrue Elder and Prince of Los Angeles Acton Chardess shall be so empowered to make unilateral judgment and recourse, except when overruled by majority decision of the Los Angeles Council of Princes.
