The CLAN known as NEPHILIM shall hereby be granted the FULL ACCEPTANCE of the Camarilla in accordance with the TRADITIONS, and none holding Praxis shall deny them by their BLOOD.
At the setting of the sun one hundred years from this day, one shall be named ELDEST of the NEPHILIM. Until such time, this council names PYOTR LOBACHEVSKY of CLAN TREMERE guardian and speaker for this youngest clan. He shall provide voice for those who are too young to speak, and at the cessation of his duties shall name the ELDEST.
The right of LEXTALIONIS is upheld against individuals for their crimes against the TRADITIONS. ARCHONS and JUSTICARS shall be empowered to review and suspend the BLOOD HUNT against them, that all shall be granted clemency for the crime of their creation.
None of the NEPHILIM shall claim PRAXIS until the naming of the ELDEST. None shall be considered for the rank of ARCHON until the passage of two hundred years from this date. None shall be considered for the rank of JUSTICAR until the passage of three hundred years from this date.
